RETURNS
It is possible to return your purchase within 2 weeks after receiving date. The products will be checked through and returns will happen within 2 businessdays to the payment method used upon purchase. Shipping fees will be deducted from the returned amount.
If packages gets returned because they cannot be delivered or haven't been picked up at the postbox the shipping cost will be deducted from the returned amount to cover the shipping charge from POSTNORD.
If you wish to return your purchase please send an email to info@ecosparkles.dk before returning with reason for return.
Retuned shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.
